LivinnX is a brand-new hall of residence located in the buildings of the former Telpod factory at ul. Romanowicza 4 in Cracow.

The interiors of this unique facility have been designed in an industrial style, with a number of features evoking associations with the previous function of the building. Some spaces reach up to 3.90 m in height.

The hall of residence has a total of 710 beds in 290 residential units available in a variety of configurations. Each unit is fully fitted out, and consists of a living area with a kitchen annex, a bedroom space, and a bathroom.

In a nutshell, LivinnX Kraków is worlds apart from regular halls of residence. In addition to residential units located on the six floors of the building, LivinnX Kraków also features a number of amenities occupying a total area of 2,000 square metres. The residents have access to specially arranged study and entertainment zones, a large shared kitchen, a 24-hour gym, a sauna, a yoga room, a climbing wall, an art studio, and even a terrace with a hot tub located on the roof of the building.

The common rooms for studying and relaxation are furnished with NOTI furniture from a number of collections. Several spacious and colourful Le Monde sofas, and a blue Rosco sofa, provide an open invitation to relax. The residents can also have fun in a Bouli swinging chair, sit in grey Mamu or Mishell chairs, or mix and mingle on x40 pouffes. The terrace has been fitted with Comfee sofas to sit down and take in the panorama of the city.

The new residence hall is within a convenient distance to Cracow's major colleges and universities. Close proximity to the Old Town and Kazimierz districts offers access to a number of cultural facilities and services including museums, art galleries, clubs, restaurants, and the Vistula River embankments.

The renovation and adaptation of Telpod's old factory buildings were the responsibility of two Cracow-based architectural studios – IMB Asymetria and Make It Yours. The general contractor was UNIBEP S.A. The project was managed by Golub GetHouse in cooperation with the US-based company CA Ventures International. The hall officially opened to students in September 2019.
