Olivia Centre is the most advanced business hub in northern Poland. Sii Poland, a technology and digital transformation consultant, has been based here for a long time, occupying a total of five floors.
Design Anatomy’s brief was to reimagine 8,500 square metres of office space, not only to give it a fresh look, but also to encourage employees to return to the office, fostering integration and collaboration after extended periods of remote work during the pandemic.
A variety of workspace options were created so everyone can find their preferred spot. There are 55 meeting rooms, each in a different style. There is plenty of space to chat over coffee, work alone or collaborate with a team. Additionally, there are game zones and even nap rooms.
The focus is on versatility and multi-functionality, innovative solutions, and modern design, all enhanced by colours that boost wellbeing and positive vibes.
The dominant trend is biophilia, bringing nature into the interiors through both plants and the choice of colours and shapes. Soft, rounded furniture introduces a sense of calm and invites relaxation. Greenery appears not only as potted plants but also in the form of herbs that employees can use when preparing meals.
The project was designed by Design Anatomy and implemented by Construction+.
