Grupa Moderator is a company with many years of experience in the real estate market, specializing in both the revitalization of historic tenement buildings in Bydgoszcz and the development of new residential projects.

Their new sales office is more than just a workplace — it is a thoughtfully designed space that reflects the company’s philosophy, built on trust, experience, and direct customer relationships.

The interiors, created by Pracownia Duży Pokój, were designed with visitor comfort in mind. Cozy Muse armchairs and sofas invite guests to relax over a cup of coffee, while the spacious, light-filled rooms support the team’s daily work as well as informal conversations with clients. The arrangement also features Paxt chairs and Palo armchairs, both designed by Piotr Kuchciński.

The signature navy blue – a hallmark of the brand – symbolizes stability, trust, and calm. Attention to detail, aesthetics, and functionality ensure that the office not only represents the company’s values, but also supports its mission: to provide high-quality service and a personalized approach to every client.
