Mikołaj Wierszyłłowski graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Design in the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan. He worked as an assistant in the department of design in Poznan Academy of Fine Arts.

In 2001 together with Robert Nowakowski he founded a design studio. Today, together with partners they create interiors and products in Wierszyłłowski and Designers studio.

It implements projects for many well-known brands: Old Brewery, Group Vox, Noti, Nowy Styl, Iker, KP, Instal-Projekt, Enea, Yes Jewelry. He also works for individual clients. He has won many awards in design competitions and had been presented at numerous exhibitions of Polish design.

For NOTI Wierszyłłowski and Designers created two furniture collections - Teddy Bear (awarded Top Design 2013 and Interior Innovation Award Selection 2014) and Easy.
