Alcon Commercial is a manufacturer of medical products and a global leader in ophthalmology. For 26 years, its headquarters have been located in Warsaw, in the New City building in Warsaw's Mokotów district. When a decision was taken to invite the Alcon Global Services (AGS), the company's regional shared services centre, the work space had to be redesigned.

The underlying idea for the new design was to create a collaborative space that brings together people from different professional and cultural backgrounds. The company's hybrid working model was an additional challenge.

Understanding the users' needs is fundamental to designing a workplace that supports their wellbeing and productivity. This is why the project was developed in collaboration with Alcon's employees. The new space was designed and built by Colliers Define.

The dining area features Noti's bestselling Mishell chairs and bar stools in eye-catching, saturated, vibrant colours.
